Is it possible to visualize in a table or chart the total amount of created tickets per day, or even per hour?
For example: I have X project and under this project I would like to filter out the total amount of created tickets per day (maybe even hour) with a,c,d issue types.
This is important to see which days are busiest in terms of submitted tickets as well as which hours per day are the busiest.
And to visualize this would be super awesome.
I'm not very literate with JQL so if someone could explain this like to a 5 year old child, I would appreciate.
You use recently created chart gadget. Using this you can get Hourly, Daily, Weekly report of a project or filter.

There is build-in report called Created vs. Resolved Issues Report where you can see how many tickets were created or resolved on daily/hourly basis.

This report does not use the ticket type as another dimension.
But, if you have a fixed set of ticket types (I assume you have), you can create a separate JQL for each ticket type, then add one gadget fed by one JQL to show the Created vs. Resolved for that given ticket type.
