Tracking API Usage in Jira Cloud

I would like to know if there is a way to track the usage of the APIs in Jira Cloud. Specifically, I am interested in details such as who accessed the API, when it was accessed, the origin of the requests, which endpoints were accessed, and the parameters used. Could you provide guidance on how to obtain this information?

you can view the api token usage, but i'm not sure that you will get all information you need from there.
