Tracking Aged Tickets

Hello,

Need a query which can help me pull records of the open issues that had been created 5 days earlier, so I can track the number of issues that have aged more than 5 days of their creation.

Hi Siddharth,

Here's the JQL for it:

createdDate < startOfDay(-5) 

Of course, you can add more filters to this like

createdDate < startOfDay(-5) AND issuetype = Bug

then you can order by createdDate either ASC or DESC
