HI,
I have about 20-30 epics. I just want to create a simple table with two columns at the minimum:
Epic Name
Epic % of completion.
Is there a way I can do it in JIRA or Confluence
Hello @manish_kanwal
I have two suggestions;
1) You could check out Atlassian's Portfolio for Jira, which can display Progress of Epics as a percentage based off progress of its child issues completion as covered here:
2) There is also a Marketplace add-on known as Agile Docs to show the % story points completed of any Epic.
Both options have a cost though I would suggest looking at Portfolio as you get a lot of support from Atlassian and fits in well with Jira.
Hope this helps,
Danny
Thanks to Danny for writing back. I spoke to my IT folks, and they said that we cannot install portfolio, because we are running on the cloud instance of JIRA. Is it a limitation that you cannot have cloud instance of JIRA support portfolios? Is there a workaround for it

Hello @manish_kanwal
You should be able to active Portfolio for Jira in the Manage Add-ons section of your Jira cloud settings. Yourself or your IT team can search for it there, if they cannot find it please it out and I'm happy to explain in further detail directly.
Thanks,
Danny
