Transfer of "fixVersion" to the partner projects in Backbone Issue Sync plugin

Will Backbone Issue Sync also transfer a newly created "fixVersion" to the partner projects or is this to be done by the administrator for the partner project?

I know this question is fairly old, but if someone else is having this problem. The answer is simply, yes. When you setup the synchronization for a versions field, you have the option to "create missing versions".

Please make sure that the technical integration user needs the "administer projects" permission in order to do this.
