Transition bottom disappeared

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi, there is a problem with the transitions. I set up a workflow and set conditions for specific groups. They all worked (I have the role of admin). But at some point I went in and the transitions disappeared on which there were conditions (disappeared in Issue). By removing conditions, the navigation buttons reappear.
I tried to add a group of admins to the condition - but this did not help.
But if I log in as the user who has access to the transition. This transition is displayed.
Integrity check did not reveal errors.
Deleting and creating transitions again did not help in solving the problem.
