Transition options duplicated in dropdowns - Jira Cloud

the drop downs in our issues show transitions more than once as you can see below where the options "ready for development, blocked are listed twice. I cannot figure out why!  Is there somewhere I can look?

Hi Caitlin,

This suggests that you have got a workflow where someone has added duplicate transitions to it.  The most likely scenario is that they were trying to add a specific transition because it needed to be controlled, or only come from a couple of places, but they have not removed the "all status can go to this status" transition (shown simply as "all" in the diagrams).

Have a look at the workflow diagram (or text) as offered at the bottom of that screenshot and check if you have duplicate transitions (like "All -> Blocked" and "Blocked -> Blocked", or even a second "All -> Blocked")
