Transition screen addition possibility

Hi,

Is it possible to add a transition screen for entering some validation data while transitioning from CREATE----->OPEN status.i know its possible for steps henceforth from OPEN onwards but i dont see any such option in create status.

Does anyone have any idea?

The Create Issue Screen is always used for this transition in the default Issue Type Screen Scheme.

You can edit that one if you want, or you can even create a completely new one, only containing the fields you need and assign it to your projects using a custom Issue Type Screen Scheme.
