Trigger an automation between 2 boards

Hey there 👋

I currently use 2 JIRA boards to manage issues coming from our bug report made by CSM team (named "FL Loop") that we include in our "Product board" for development if issues reported are relevant or not.

To let CSM team know if issues they reported are in progress, I have to report the status ("in progress", "done", etc) manually when we move something in our product board.

Do you know how I could automate it?

@thor marvel it's not exactly what I am looking for. I need to move a ticket from one board when another ticket is moved on another board. 

Do you now how to do that ?

Hi @jonathan_c,

Create a rule in the automation when an issue is updated in any field of choice then the issue reporter can be assigned to the user (you).
