@Sayed Kamaloddin Peerzade Can you share the output when you click the option View Workflow below? It seems like your current workflow donot have any further status that you can move after To Do. For me I can move to these status.

I think you missed to provide them the developer role. Add them in the developer group and verify once. I am sharing you my scheme. My team members are able to edit. In the same scheme try adding one of your single team member and ask to verify if that individual is able to edit.

@Sanjog Sigdel I have created the group from group master and the team members. Provided the product access to that group. In default scheme for edit issue i have mapped the newly created group and checked.

Can you share the Jira Workflow for your project? And is there any special condition and validation in the workflow?
In my project a Ticket cannot be moved to In Progress from To Do unless the ticket is estimated and assigned to someone.

Hi @Sayed Kamaloddin Peerzade Are those team members under the default groups Jira Users and Jira Developers? The basic permission scheme for Jira Developers allows individuals to edit the ticket and ticket status.
Can you share the permission scheme and screenshot of your workflow?
