Trouble with install plugin

Hi,

I'm tried install plugin(by using help guide: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+JIRA's+Plugins#ManagingJIRAsPlugins-install ), but I could not find button "install plugin". I have onlyManage my plugins and Audit log tabs, and no install tab.

Help me plz

You marked that this issue is related to Jira ondemand. You cannot install your own plugins.

so, this mean i can install my plugins only in "download" version?
