Trusted application link issue

Hi All,

We have configured truted application link between jira (recently configured https) and bamboo (still in http) and it was working fine. But now only for few users (normally admins) application links are working perfectly, like once click on jira issue number on bamboo it will redirect to jira, but all other users it throwing error as "Unable to find aopplication link for the supplied parameters"

In application link configuration, there is no error showing and in "outgoing authentication > Trusted application" window it asking to enter password. here, username showing logged one.

Could you please suggest what could be the issue?

Hi Sanu,

Did you change the name of your applications recently?

That might cause the problem.

You could simply recreate the applications links again and see if that solves the problem.

No. Recently we configued jira over https.

Is there any issue if one application is configured as https and other in http?
