Try to create new style Epics

I a newly created Scrum board, when I try to create a new style Epic by clicking on the plus sign on the left panel; it creats an standard Epic in the backlog Panel. This is a new project but the database was imported a few times from previous versions.

Be sure to check that Epics are enabled in GreenHopper Labs

Cannot find where to Enable Epics. GreeHopper Labs has only 2 options: <label style="font: 13px/17px Arial, FreeSans, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; color: #000000; text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;" for="beta_gh.configuration.analytics">Analytics and Parallel Sprints. We are using GreenHopper V6.1.3.1</label>

The "new" epics are still issues of the Epic issue type. It should appear on the left side bar though.
