Trying to link BitBucket with Jira -- instructions not helpful

Now that the Trello-BitBucket integration is going away, I'm trying to follow the steps to replace it with Jira. I created a Jira instance and imported all my Trello cards to it.

Then I get to this page which says: "Click Application Links (under 'Settings') in the Bitbucket admin area". Where do I click to get to this admin area? The sentence is frustratingly vague. I've been clicking every Settings link I could find in Bitbucket but haven't found "Application Links" anywhere. Please advise.

Hi Momander,
That appears to be an article for Bitbucket Server/DC and could be the problem. Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Server? Maybe try https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-applinks-to-link-to-atlassian-products/ . Cheers!
