Trying to understand capacity

Hello Community,

I am new to JIRA and would like to be able to tell when my team is constrained. I am entering their absences/vacations in our Portfolio Add On and the team is tracking hours on the Issue's Sub-Tasks in our current 3 week Sprint and I can't find a quick and easy way to track their capacity over/under utilization. Do I do that in JIRA or our Portfolio Add on?

Thank you, Walter, I reviewed the article but and it answers my question about showing me when my team is constrained (4 project teams are in the portfolio plan and I am only concerned about 1 of them). However, it doesn't clear up my questions about where the data is being pulled from. I will keep digging.
