Trying to upgrade Windows Jira server v 4.4.4 to 5.2.1

Having trouble in upgrading. Now there are several failed installs on this server. Need to know how to clean it up and get the upgrade completed.

Hi Arthur,

To clean up all unused folders, just delete them. Furthermore, it's advisible to download the fresh JIRA installer from http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download. Then follow the guide below to upgrade.
