Turn off notifications for a specific project in JIRA

How do I stop notifications from a single project  coming to me out of multiple projects i work on? I do not have JIRA admin access. I do not find options to update under my profile. I use JIRA v7.4.0.

This would have to be done at the project level in a notification scheme but would impact all users on that project.  The best solution I could offer you is to create an email filter that auto deletes or moves emails to a folder if it contains the project key in the email title.
