URL Field - Description and Weblink

We added a Custom URL Link.  The link shows the raw web link. Is there way to show a description that clicks to the weblink. 

Example:

Description:  Google (hyperlinked)

Web address: www.google.com

We have long SharePoint Links for our documents 

I looked through the documentation but did not find anything.

Below is the screenshot of what we are seeing.  

This Url can be very long, in a filter view it's making the columns much wider than they should be.
