URL for local hosted Jira Software

I Installed Jira software on my local server.

I can't open it for the local server by this URLs:

http://localhost:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa.

Instead of  it opens the JIRA Setup page. If i select the "Set it for Me" option by clicking on button "Continue with Atlassian" it takes me a page.

At the moment, I have already generated 30 days free trial license but unable to open JiRA software by http://localhost:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa. !!

Can you please help me on this?

After installing JIRA, you will have to setup JIRA before using it. Refer to the documentation in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver070/running-the-setup-wizard-749382662.html on how to do that..

As you already have an evaluation license, you could choose to set it up yourself.
