URL's in Jira Forms exported to PDF are not rendering as clickable URL's in the PDF document

I have a form that has a couple of rich text fields where a portal user can include hyperlinks to any URL they want to use.

These links work if they are being clicked on in the Portal or Jira Service Desk.

When a service desk agent or portal user selects the option to export the form to a PDF, the links in the PDF are shown in a different colour, but they cannot be click on.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know of a way around the issue?

I managed to find a fix for my issue. I had to make the custom fields in the form "Wiki Style" and now it works like it should.
