Unable to Bypass SAML auth for Jira DC

Hi All,

I am trying to bypass the SAML auth (fallback URL) using SQL query mentioned in below article but query is not returning the ID.

Same query i was able to execute in Jira DC Dev and enable the bypass auth and it's working fine.

Dev is in 8.20.10 and Prod is 8.20.8 versions. Any help here.
