Unable to Comment

I'm unable to comment on JIRAs within the "Accounting / Fund Accounting" structure.

Is this a permission issue?

Yes. You should have Add comment permission for this project. Then only you can add comment. Please check with Jira Admin or project admin.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Any chance you could provide quick instructions to update permissions? JIRA Admin is unsure how to do so.
