Dear Atlassian Support Team,
I am writing to seek assistance with resetting the password for my Atlassian account, which is associated with my Google account. Although I am receiving other emails from the Atlassian community, I have not received the password recovery email after attempting to reset my password.
Additionally, I tried to change my account's email address, but I was prompted to enter the old password, which I do not have since the account was originally created using Google authentication.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so that I can regain access to my account? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
