Unable to Start with Jira - Can't Make a Site

I just created an account, I am logging in for the first time and it is asking me to create a site. No matter what I type, I get the same error message. I tried in different browsers (Chrome, Edge), and both browsers in incognito mode. Nothing works, so I can't even get started. Please help!

 

UPDATE:: It worked. Needs all lowercase (oops!)

It needed all lowercase.

A similar problem.

When entering lowercase letters, it returns the error 4a830f0f1aec4a47a3184d949f65b78c
