Unable to View Projects Despite Admin Access

Hello,

I am encountering an issue where I am unable to view my projects in JIRA despite having admin access. When I try to access them, I receive the following error message:

"Something went wrong on our end."

Here are the details:

I have already tried the following steps:

1. Refreshing the page.
2. Clearing browser cache and cookies.
3. Using a different browser/device.
4. Checking my internet connection.

The issue persists across all attempts. Could you please investigate this issue and let me know how to proceed?
