Unable to access JIRA API

We’re using the JIRA API, all requests are returning 403 forbidden . We’ve been using this implementation for a few years without issue.

@Ron Jacob , what is the auth mode used in the calls?

Also check whether the user account that is used for the REST API calls authenication is active and doesnt have a CAPTCHA lock..

Hi Ron

can you provide some more details, did you check the jira log especially the jira-security log to see if the authentication works?
