When I first tried to access a customers jira I got a oportunity to request an invite, which I took.
The administrator acceptet my request and sent me an invitation yesterday:
Today when I am clicking on "join the project" in the invitation e-mail I get a puzzling error:
Zugriff bereits angefordert
In English: Access already requested. Your administrator has been already asked for a access a while ago. Please contact them directly.
Any ideas on this?
HI @alexander.kauerz ,
Once the admin has accepted. the request, you should be added to the groups for Jira product access. If for some reason, the admin accepted and not added in the groups....then they can just add you directly to the Product access group for jira directly to grant you the agreed level of access. This should take care of access at the point.
You may need further access after that if the client only wants to give permission to a specific project. Then you need to be granted access to that project as the next logical step.
All the best!
Yes, we thought that giving access alone should be sufficient, but we had to give me more fine grained access to some groups.
Thank you for your help!

Hello @alexander.kauerz
i'll try to assist.
if i understand this correctly, your manager has requested access for you to Atlassian apps.
Your manager is not the Admin for Atlassian apps, so he/she can ask for access to their employees and then the Atlassian admins of your org will get notified and can take action.
So i would suggest telling your manager that they need to contact the Org Atlassian Admins.

This was not the case, I will try to give more specific information next time.
Thank you!
