Unable to add an e-mail address to the Service Management Project

Hi there!

 

I have a problem with a Service Management project's e-mail channel. I am not be able to add my e-mail address at the Email requests with "Connect a custom email account: Google."

 

According to the error message, the e-mail account already in use by another project. I checked all project email channels and there is no match with this address.

Furthermore at the Settings->Products->Jira Service Management->email requests list does not contain the address.

 

After a couple of try now we get the following error message:

Looks like we're unable to connect to eg@domain.hu

 

We're currently unable to get requests from eg@domain.hu so we've temporarily disabled this channel.
Please reconfigure the custom email address in email settings and try again.Learn more
