Unable to add "Submitted Forms" to the view issue screen. Form LOCKED

Hello Atlassian Community,

I am wondering if anyone has experienced the following scenario. 

We have a Service Desk with a few forms for different Request Types. I am trying to display the form in the project view (not the portal as that is working as expected) but can't figure out how to do this in the project issue view. When I search for the Submitted Forms field, it shows me this.

But when I go to the screen and search for the Submitted Forms field, it does not find it.

I looked in Custom Fields and can find it there but it's locked and won't allow me to add it to any screens.

I am a system administrator but not sure if I am doing something wrong.

Any help is much appreciated.

 The project ideas are superb i get more information from this .your work ideas are great and excellent .Thanks guys for sharing .
