Unable to archive project in JIRA

I have been trying to archive projects in JIRA and I keep getting an error message:

'The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser'

@Nivine Alaeddine Do you see any error in server logs too? It would be best to reach out to Atlassian Support to resolve this.
