Unable to assign JIRA ticket to a sprint

I am unable to get a response when I click on the field - 

I have "super admin" access and can do many things, but need this.

You need to have the "Schedule Issues" permission on the project.  Check the project's Permission Scheme and make sure you or your group are in the correct project roles for that permission.

as a super admin don that cape and go have a look at - project settings > permission > manage sprints. Are you in any group/role w/ those permissions?
