i am using Microsoft Explorer, and in an attempt to drop a word doc into a JIRA ticket, i receive the following message >>> Unable to attach file in JIRA Issue Collector due to missing token error.

how to fix? i dont know.

You need to accept third party cookies.  Search on Google on how to do this for your specific browser version.
