Unable to attach the attachments on the Jira Tickets

I am trying to attach the GIF and png on bugs. But can not attach it.

If I attach them before creating the bugs it restricts me from creating it.

Hello everyone,

I'm sorry for the trouble you had loading images in Jira. During the timeframe of this question and all the follow-up comments, there was an incident with our media service that impacted the upload and viewing of images. Details of the incident are available on our statuspage here, but the incident was resolved around an hour after it started. Images should be loading properly in issues and comments now.

For anyone coming to this thread wanting a quick fix... make sure the board you are on is not refreshable. That is to say, if you have been on the Jira board for awhile, you sometimes see the DHTML modal that pops up saying "Refresh the board, it's been updated" or whatever it is...

I have noticed that when the Jira application is in a stale state, it is common for attachments to tickets to fail. They will upload to the files modal, but they will refuse to attach to the ticket/comment as expected.

Workaround:

1. Reload the page
2. re-open your issue
3. navigate to your comment
4. attach your files again

Same think for us at CBC. We get this error.

Also, Jira is very slow today.
