Unable to book time on a jira ticket (with estimated time on it)

hello,

 

Since today I am unable to book time on a jira ticket. Last friaday it was no problem but since today I am no longer able to book time on a Jira ticket.

I am a Jira site admin

The problem happens when there is an estimated time on a ticket.

I made a GIF with an example. The estimated time is 30m. I want to book 30m. Then at the top of my screen the orange bar appears and my "save" button is disabled.

Who can help me with this issue?

This smells like a bug ;)

I am working from the Netherlands and my Atlassian account preference was set on the language "Netherlands"

When I set it to "English UK" it works again and I can book time on my ticket again.

Please help the Dutch people :)

Hi @Natascha Hartendorf 

Are you using a marketplace app for time registration, I the license still valid?

Or if you are using the builtin Time registration, are the permissions still correct in the permission scheme?

I found the problem and put it above. It has to do with the language settings in the Atlassian account preferences.

Ik works when I set it From Netherlands to English (UK)

I would urge you and @Christian Schwerdt to raise an issue with Atlassian Support, an raise this as a BUG.

Hi @Natascha Hartendorf , the link you provided (Atlassian support) contains the option to Contact support. And in the contact form you can choose 'Technical issues and bugs'. 

Atlassian will assess your request. They might point you to an existing Bug or Suggestion so that you can vote for it and watch it. Or they create a new Bug or Suggestion. 

Side note: when I try to reproduce this, I cannot. I've set my language to Dutch and I can still log my time. Maybe the issue has already been resolved?
