Unable to change issue type using bulk operation

Hi,

I've created two seperate projects in JIRA. for one of the project i'm getting option to change the issue type however not for the other,

Note- Both projects are using same Issue security scheme, Global permission scheme, Roles are same.

I'm attached screen shot of both. Could you please help me on this?

You've got the right basic idea of why this isn't offering you other types, but hit the wrong specific items.

To be able to (bulk) edit the issue-type field, the issue types must be using the same schemes for fields and workflows (not issue security or permissions).  Also check the field context.

Thanks Nic. I realized that workflows were different for project 2 however for my proj1 all issue types were following only 1 workflow. I got a around to move issue in the same project instead of edit issue type.
