I copied a Rapid Board with the intent of using the same swimlanes and smart filters with a different filter as the source of data. When I try to change to a new filter, I get a "The requested Rapid View cannot be viewed because it either does not exist or you do not have permission to view it." error. I own the filter and it is shared with all users so the error message is misleading at best.

Is there a known issue? Am I doing something incorrectly?

Hi Peter,

You should be able to do this in recent versions (though I believe there may be a bug that affects this in some of the 5.8 series). Are you using 5.8.6?

Thanks,

Shaun

I was using 5.8.5. After upgrading to 5.8.6 it works. Thanks for reminding me to look for an upgrade.
