Unable to change task priority in backlog

Hi,

For the last few days me and my team members are unable to change the task priorities in our product backlog. Whenever we do a change, after a page reload some of the changes seem to take effect, but the majority of them are discarded and the stories are where they were before moving them around.

The only thing that comes to mind that could've done this on our end is that I have added Story Points to all issue types, as I needed the ability to estimate Task types.

Does anyone have an idea on how to debug and remedy the situation?

Is the filter for your board still ordered by rank ASC? 

For other ideas try contacting the Atlassian support if you don't see anything in the log and the browser dev tools and have no automations running ..

Thanks for your answer. Yes, the filter remained unchanged at rank ASC.

I have contacted Atlassian support to see if they will be able to help me.
