Unable to claim site to purchase license

Hello,

Upon completion of the trial, now i would like to purchase Jira but it is not allowing me to claim resemblesystems (see screenshot). How do I claim our company name and to be able to purchase the license?

Did you use the name in your trial instance? If so why not simply continue with trial. If you did not use it then it seems someone already has it so you cannot claim.

it seems the current resemblesystems.atlassian.net is suspended so I'm guessing the trial just ended.

@Nazeer Aval you can just extend your trial instance with a payed license through the https://admin.atlassian.com panel

I think someone already built their Atlassian cloud account with the site name.
