I have added Jira Cloud and connected it to my workspace's Slack.
However, after signing into Jira Cloud to connect with my Slack account, it says that the site <sitename>.atlassian.net doesn't have any Jira projects.
On the other hand, I have created several Jira Projects on the said site.
Steps taken:
1. Create a project on <sitename>.atlassian.net
2. Add Jira to Slack's workspace
3. Select Jira under Apps on Slack
4. Connect Project
Result: The site <sitename>.atlassian.net doesn't have any Jira projects.
Would appreciate any help given to solve this issue.
Thanks!
@Bryan Ng What project type are you using? If you are using a Team-Managed (formerly 'next-gen') project, I don't believe it is possible to integrate Slack with this project type without the use of an add-on

@Callum Carlile _Automation Consultants_ Hi Callum, can I check if it's due to me not having Jira Cloud?
Must I be subscribed to Jira Cloud to enable slack connection?

Hi Bryan,
This is possible if you do not have access to view the Jira projects in that site. Do you have access to the projects in that site? For example, can you access them in the web browser?
Cheers,
