Unable to connect a Goal to a Jira Project

Hi, support! I am trying to create a new Goal for one of my projects and connect it to a Jira Project and a Jira Epic.

I can attach an Epic to the Goal, but when I select a project, I can only see one of my projects, but not the other (the one I want to attach to this goal). 

Is it a known issue or something I'm doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. 

Please, let me know if you need specific project names and screenshots at this stage.

Yes, a screenshot would be great to get more information, are you part of other project you were trying to create goal.?

I would like to know where did you create the "goal" and can you include screenshot of what you are seeing and the project you are adding it into.
