I am trying to create a company-managed software project that uses the scrum template(and has shared settings with another company managed project which is key).
I was able to successfully replicate the project using the same settings but I'm getting stuck in creating a new scrum board. I clicked on create "board from existing project" but am unable to find the project to connect to. I initially thought it was a permission issue but the permission settings check out under "Browse Projects." If I
Am i forgetting a step or is this a technical issue?
If the query for the scrum board contains multiple projects(project in (AAA, BBB)), the board would not be under the project page(AAA or BBB).

Hello @Colleen Lee
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Can you confirm for us the Type of the project you created? That information will be in the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Can you also show us the dialog where you are trying to select the project to use as the basis for the new board, and what you get when you start to type in the name of the project?
There could also be a browser caching issue. Try refreshing your browser window, a private browser window, and/or another browser application to see if that is the case.
