I use the proper credentials, I have the latest installed via Eclipse Marketplace (3.7). When I try to run a query, the dialog thinks about it for a minute and then re-prompts me for my credentials. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

I can report upgrading from the 3.0.8 connector that installed from the market place to the 3.2 from the update site fixed my connectivity issues.

Prevoiusly it would just rerport "Stream closed" when i tried to validate settings.

Maybe make that 3.2 connector available on the marketplace? Seems a bit silly to have an old version with broken connectivity code as the main version you publish.

Hello Dan, We are considering publishing version 3.2.2 on the Marketplace. One issue is that it works only with JIRA 5.0+ while version 3.0.8 works fine with older JIRA down to 3.13.x WRT connectivity issues, it is not a common problem and it must be somehow related to local environment. Thank you for the feedback. Cheers, Jacek

Hi Jacek-

I press the button to validate and the dialog disables itself, the progress bar goes to 100%, the dialog re-enables itself. Nothing else happens.

Thanks for the answer but do you get "Credentials are valid" message or maybe "Incorrect credentials" after pressing "Validate Settings"?

Reprompting for credentials as you described suggest that credentials are not accepted.

What is your Connector version, 3.0.8? What is your JIRA version?

If your JIRA version is 5.0 or newer then you may want to try Connector 3.2.1 from the following update site: http://update.atlassian.com/atlassian-eclipse-plugin/rest/e3.7

Cheers,
Jacek

Hi Stefan,

What do you get when you press 'Validate Settings' button in the task repository dialog?

Cheers,
Jacek
