Unable to create JIRA task for Opsgenie alert

I am using Jira Software integration in Opsgenie to create issue for alerts but I'm getting this error

Could not send [createIssue] action to Jira [Jira-Board]. Reason: 400 Bad Request: "{"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"labels":"Field 'labels' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown."}}"

Hi @Rizwan Sharif 

It seems that you are trying to create the issue with a label but the labels field is not on the create issue screen.

I've just defined the basic configs to create task in JIRA. is there way to omit labels while creating JIRA task

Can you add Label on Jira side to see if it fixed the issue?
