Unable to create a New User in JIRA

Hello

I'm looking for the 'Create User' button as advised below but can not locate it. I have site administration access and need to create a specific User profile as part of an integration project to JIRA.

1. Select Administration () > User Management.
2. In the User browser, click Create User.
3. Enter the Username, Password, Full Name and Email address.

Any help is greatly appreciated!! :)

Hi @David Trinh ,

Since you are on the cloud, please navigate to Administration () > User Management > Invite User > Enter the email address and give the role, product access.

Thank you Reshma! Didn't realise create user was only specific to Server based application.

Had to get a bit creative with invite user and then change name to a "system profile" to get what we needed.
