Hi,

I have 3 issue types enabled

1. Epic

2. Story

3. Sub-task

But when I create a new issue the only option I have is to create a story.

I see a message 'Some issue types are unavailable due to incompatible field configuration and/or workflow associations.'

How do I fix this issue?

Thanks,

A

HI Aparna,

Do you have screen schemes set up for the Epic and Sub-Task issue types? When you go into the issue type scheme check the screen configuration scheme for each type and make sure it is is associated with the Create, View, and Edit functions.

Thanks Scott.

I have included issue type screens for Epic, Story and Sub-task.

But still no luck.

Do you know if your default screen scheme is  associated with the "Create" operation? (I'm guessing that it is, but it's worth a look.)

Click on the "Default Screen Scheme" link and then the "Associate an issue operation with a screen" button. That will allow you to select Create, Edit, and View (one at a time) and assign those operations to the screen.
