I want to migrate from JIRA Cloud to a self-hosted JIRA. I've installed my JIRA and then when I tried to generate a backup from JIRA cloud, it consistently giving me this error:
You'll need to open an Atlassian Support ticket for this. It may be that your backup is too big and they need to break it up into smaller pieces so you can download it via webdav. They're the only ones that have access to fix this.
