Unable to create site - something went wrong

I have been trying to create the initial site to get started but receiving the following error:

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 553e31f8976c4c8ca4c49f3ebc5ce877)

I'm not able to contact support, and the chatbot was unhelpful.

I've tried in a normal window and also incognito multiple times.

I can change the name if needed, but would like confirmation it is unavailable before doing that.

Unable to also raise a support ticket coz it's asking for your site name, which I cannot create... Just perfect.
