Hope you will be able to help. For some (not all) projects, we are currently unable to create new tickets.
Error message shows:
Has this happened to someone else? Any idea how I can resolve this issue?
It appears that the issue is when you go to create an issue you are getting an error indicating that you must add a product label however that field likely is not presented on the create screen. Is that correct?
assuming so, on your create screen can you click on the upper right on configure fields then where is my field? in that screen you should be able to find this field and add it to your screen. Now you also need to understand why this field was added or what changed in your configuration and who changed it.

It is usually caused by making fields required on the field configuration, but it can also be caused by a Validator on the "Create" transition.
