Unable to enable forms on project despite administrator access

Hey All,

I am new to Jira. I was asked to create a front door form for my project however it says that forms has been disabled for this project and cannot be used to create issues or requests. I can still create templates but it doesn't let me utilitise it to creates issues/request.

I have had my access changed to administrator however I am still not able to enable it thru apps. I can't download and install proforma for some reason as well - not too sure if its because the extension is no longer supplied.

I can't log in as an administrator as well despite my access being listed as administrator on the project. Not too sure what to do in order to enable forms on the project as well as for it to be used to raise issues/requests.

Any guidance will be much appreciated.

Hello, Good day. You could use the default form available within Jira project. Go to project settings >> Features and make sure "Forms" has been enabled.

Are you facing issues with enabling this form only?
