Unable to enable the CMJ plugin in jira application

I was tried to update the existing CMJ version jira DC 8.20.6. So I was disabled the existing CMJ plugin version as 6.5.2. Then I deployed the CMJ 6.10.7 then try to enable the CMJ plugin I can't able to enable it.  Below error I am getting. 

"Unable to start the following plugins due to timeout while waiting for plugin to enable: com.botronsoft.jira.configurationmanager"

Kindly help me to fix this issue.

My requirement is to clone an entire project, so added CMJ App, when I try to authorize it, getting the following error. I am the admin for my site, yet facing the same issue.

I am also facing the same issue, showing an error to authorize

When I click on site administrator, it's showing an error page as follows:

I am also facing similar Error for CMJ 6.13.1 with JIRA DC 8.20.5
